During the 3rd ASCIMER workshop, different stakeholders belonging to local governments, international organizations, project developers and experts have shared their point of view about the Smart City Projects development in the Mediterranean Region. The objective was to understand the role and the interactions between the different stakeholders and to obtain guidelines to reach success in the development of Smart City Projects in the Region.
